Swinerton Management & Consulting is providing Program, Project and Construction Management Services to West Contra Costa Unified School District for a number of projects as well as support management services for the District’s bond measures.

Three projects have utilized the use of Design-Build project delivery, including the new Michelle Obama Elementary School, Renovations and additions to the Richmond High School campus (new gymnasium and renovation of science classrooms), and soil stabilization and sitework at Riverside Elementary School.

Additional work includes management and procurement of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment at the new Pinole Valley High School, including coordination of moving into this new $150 Million facility. Swinerton also collaborated with the District to create a new Bond Program Procedures Manual, to facilitate management and completion of new bond-funded projects.
