Swinerton Management & Consulting has been selected three times by the San Francisco Unified School District to provide comprehensive project and construction management services on their 2006 ($450 Million), their 2011 ($561 Million) and their 2016 ($758 Million) Bond Programs. The 2011 Bond Program includes the District’s First Design/Build project, the $40 Million Willie Brown Academy.
Scope of services include design management, preconstruction services and managing the construction process on multiple projects, including:
