On November 15, Swinerton Management & Consulting (SMC) and Hisense Real Estate US celebrated the groundbreaking of 200 Linden Avenue, a $55 Million, 8-story mixed-use condominium and retail project in South San Francisco, CA.
The project complies with the City’s Downtown Station Area Specific Plan which encourages mixed-use development and housing in the historic downtown area near the new South San Francisco Caltrain Station.
In addition to Project and Construction Management services, SMC led Hisense through very challenging entitlements and property transfer process and managed the procurement of the developer’s consultant team.
